Harry Kane forgets to tell Pochettino very important news

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has enjoyed perhaps the most successful year of his career through 2018.

Kane finished the season strong with Tottenham, coming second in the race for the golden boot, and playing several games in the Lilywhite shirt as captain.

The Spurs striker was then named captain of England by Gareth Southgate just before the World Cup in Russia.

Kane led his country to their best finish in the tournament for 28 years, reaching the semi finals before giving away an early lead to Croatia.

Harry finished the tournament as lead goal scorer, taking home the golden boot for his troubles, the first Englishman to do so since Gary Lineker.

Since then, Kane has captained England to their second semi final in the space of a year, setting up a date against the Netherlands in the Nations League 2019.

Harry also came third in the Sports Personality of the Year Awards, and has started the season well with Tottenham yet again.

News broke earlier this week that the star striker is in line for an OBE come the new year (Daily Mail), but it looks like he forget to tell his gaffer.

Poch said (Football London): “I didn’t know. I was talking today with him but he didn’t tell me about that. I hope tomorrow that he confirms that and explains that face to face. After I am going to give my opinion, I want to hear from him. Strange that he didn’t tell me.”
