Harry Kane is now just one goal away from breaking into prestigious list of ten

Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane is now just one Premier League goal away from breaking into the top ten all-time scorers in the competition (Premier League).

Despite being just 27-years-old and with many years left ahead of him, Kane appears to be on the brink of equalling Les Ferdinand’s 149 goals in the Premier League.

Kane’s double against West Ham on Sunday took his total up to 148 and the England captain will certainly have his eye on plenty more goals this season.

Out of those who are still playing in the Premier League, only Sergio Aguero has more goals to his name than Kane, with 180 total.

The current top ten is as follows: Alan Shearer (260), Wayne Rooney (208), Andrew Cole (187), Sergio Aguero (180), Frank Lampard (177), Thierry Henry (175), Robbie Fowler (163), Jermain Defoe (162), Michael Owen (150), Les Ferdinand (149).

In fact, if Harry Kane managed to equal his season-best of 30 Premier League goals, he could rise up to seventh in the all-time standings this campaign!
