Harry Kane may break major goal scoring record this week

Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane is on top goal-scoring form already this season, now netting six goals in just five appearances for club and country (TransferMarkt).

The Spurs striker and England captain has scored three in four games in the Premier League, before grabbing a hat-trick against Bulgaria for England last night.

Kane opened the scoring in the European Championship qualifier after tapping home a square ball from Raheem Sterling.

Harry then doubled England’s lead from the spot after Rashford was tripped in the box, before setting up Sterling for a tap in third.

Finally, Kane managed to win himself a penalty, pick himself up, and find the top corner as usual to complete his hat-trick.

As a result, Kane now boasts an impressive eight penalties for England (Sky Sports Statto), not including shootouts, which is one more than Wayne Rooney’s seven.

Only Frank Lampard has more with nine, but Kane could draw level or even break that in the next week when England play Kosovo (HITC).
