Harry Kane has just made an admission about his future at Bayern Munich that may give Tottenham fans a small ray of hope of a potential reunion.
Over recent weeks, Kane has played down talk of returning to Tottenham, although he made it no secret that the Lilywhites will always hold a special place in his heart.
However, this has not ended the speculation linking the 32-year-old with a move to North London, with some sources suggesting that Spurs are prepared to break the bank to re-sign Kane next summer.
A £57m release clause in the England captain’s contract becomes active next summer, and the centre-forward has made an interesting revelation about his immediate plans.

Tottenham legend Harry Kane is not in a hurry to extend Bayern Munich contract
Reports over the last month have suggested that Bayern may be ready to offer Kane a new contract, which would do away with the release clause and secure his future at the club.
However, Tottenham’s record goalscorer has now made it clear that he will not sit down with the German giants for talks over a new deal at least until the turn of the year.
When asked if he is open to extending his contract at the Allianz Arena, Kane told BILD: “The talks won’t take place next month, but perhaps in the new year. We’ll discuss it then. We’re in a good position, I feel good. We’re not rushed. I’m not, and I don’t think the club is either.”
Kane is delighted with recent Bayern development
The Spurs legend is on course to have the most prolific season of his career in front of goal, with Kane thriving in Vincent Kompany’s system.
The Belgian coach has just signed a new four-year extension with the Bundesliga giants, and Kane is over the moon with the development.
The striker said about his manager extending his stay: “Kompany is a big part of the club and a big part of why I enjoy being here so much.
“The extension is great news. Vinnie is important, and it’s good to know he has such a long contract now. When the talks start, we’ll see what happens.”
