Harry Kane reacts to Heung Min Son’s late winner as Spurs record 3-2 victory

Tottenham Hotspur managed to come from behind to win away from home against Aston Villa in the Premier League today.

Spurs have now closed the gap between themselves and Chelsea down to just one point, although the Blues are in action tomorrow at home to Man United.

Toby Alderweireld had a mixed bag of a game after scoring an own goal in the opening moments, before then rifling home a stunning equaliser later in the first half.

Heung Min Son made it 2-1 just before the interval after seeing his penalty saved by Pepe Reina, only to follow up and bundle home the rebound.

Villa fought back via a corner kick in the second half, heading home unchallenged, before Spurs spurned a number of chances to go ahead again.

Finally, in the 93rd-minute, Sonny latched onto a mistake from the Villa defence to race clear and slot the ball home to make it 3-2.

Three goals without Harry Kane or a recognised striker on the pitch is good going, and the man himself was quick to react on Twitter.
