Harry Kane sends out two-word tweet after late Spurs win

Tottenham Hotspur left it until virtually the last touch of the ball this evening to keep their Premier League drawless run going.

Spurs entered the 93rd minute with the score at 1-1, before Harry Winks popped up in the box as an unlikely recipient of a last minute headed winner.

Tottenham had fallen behind in the match in the first half after a calamitous own goal from Fernando Llorente, the man brought in to ease the weight of Harry Kane’s absence at the other end.

Llorente also missed some clear cut chances in the second half, glancing one effort off his shoulder, with another tamely drifting wide.

Tottenham fans will be praying for Harry Kane’s early return after today’s display, as the England man probably would have had a hat trick today.

However, Kane could only watch on as Winks clinched all three points, tweeting out his joy to his Tottenham namesake.
