Harry Kane sends three-word message to Son on social media after Leicester win

Harry Kane has sent a three-word message to his Tottenham Hotspur team-mate Heung-min Son following the 6-2 win against Leicester City.

The South Korean started the game on the bench, having failed to score in each of Tottenham’s matches in all competitions this season having attempted 18 efforts on goal.

Son replaced Richarlison in the 59th minute when the score was 3-2 and capped an impressive display by scoring a hat-trick in just 13 minutes and 21 seconds.

He scored a stunner in the 73rd minute with a fierce right-footed dipping effort and scored a second with his left before he was made to wait for his hat-trick following a VAR review.

Kane, who scored Tottenham’s first to cancel out Youri Tielemans’ penalty took to Twitter to claim Son’s resurgence was ‘never in doubt’.

Son’s hat-trick and first goals of the season come at an important time before he heads back to South Korea on international duty, rather than the striker jet off on a low ebb.
