Harry Kane shows his class again with touching gesture on social media

Tottenham striker Harry Kane is fast evolving into one of English football’s greatest players. Despite being just 26 years of age, Kane already has scored 200 career goals (Sky Sports) and is sixth in the list of England’s all-time leading goal scorers (The Mirror).

He is showing no signs of slowing down just yet as he has posted amazing numbers for both club and country so far this campaign.

However, it is not just his qualities on the field that make Kane popular, but also his stellar behaviour off it. The Spurs No.10 is never one to make the headlines for the wrong reasons and has been a real leader for both England and Spurs both on and off the pitch.

The England captain has once again proven how down to earth and classy he is by taking to social media to tweet out the letters he got from his young fans and thanking them for writing to him.

Kane posted a series of letters on Twitter thanking the Year 3 students of St Joseph’s School for taking the time out to send him letters and drawings.

Spurs Web Opinion

What an outstanding gesture by the England captain. He is proving time and time again that he is a model professional and an extremely classy character. We at Spurs are extremely lucky to have him. I still fail to understand how someone so down to earth and humble gets so much hate from opposition fans.
