Harry Kane is yet to head back to Tottenham Hotspur following his Euro 2020 heartbreak with England.
The 27-year-old is currently on leave to recuperate following his efforts this summer and has been spotted letting his hair down on the golf course with former Tottenham forward Peter Crouch.
Crouch and Kane were seen having a round of golf at Beaverbrook Golf Club in Leatherhead, Surrey with an onlooker claiming that the Tottenham front man appeared to be in good spirits despite having lost out to Italy a week ago (The Sun).
Kane’s future at Tottenham has been the subject of intense speculation from the media since Sky Sports claimed in May that he had reiterated his desire to leave the club this summer for a fresh challenge.
The Telegraph claimed last week that some members of the England squad believed that Kane could decide to stay away from reporting back to Hotspur Way in order to push through his exit to Manchester City.
The Kane rumours are going to run and run until the Premier League season begins, with Manchester City the visitors in the opening fixture.
Spurs hold the power with Kane having three years left to run on his contract. If he did decide to go on strike, it would certainly dent his ultra-professional image and needs to respect what Daniel Levy decides is in the best interests of the club.
