Harry Kewell sums up Tottenham’s new stadium with a one-word description

Tottenham will be playing all of their remaining Premier League and Champions League home games this season at their new 62,062-seater stadium; if all goes to plan in the two test events that have been scheduled for later this month.

The club confirmed last week that the first match to be hosted at the stadium will be Tottenham’s game against Brighton on April 7th.

However, in the event which Seagulls progress to the next round of the FA Cup by beating Millwall, the club said that they have an agreement in place to bring forward their game against Crystal Palace to April 3rd.

Tottenham fans are excited at the prospect of watching their team play in North London again after what has been an extremely long wait.

The new stadium is claimed to be one of the best football venues in Europe. Most people who have had an opportunity to visit the venue, have raved about it.

Now, former Liverpool and Leeds United winger Harry Kewell is the latest person in the long list of people to reveal his admiration for the new stadium.

Speaking to Sky Sports’ show, The Debate, Kewell said, “It looks magnificent, by the way, the stadium itself.”
