Harry Redknapp has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur have not made an approach for David Beckham.
The Spurs boss is a long-term admirer of the England international, but has not been in contact with LA Galaxy.
“I don’t know where that has come from,” he told Sky Sports News.
“David Beckham is a fantastic player, an amazing professional but there is no truth in that.
“We don’t know David’s situation as we have not made an enquiry and we don’t know where that has started from.
