HARRY REDKNAPP insists he knows nothing about a deal to bring Alvaro Negredo to Tottenham Hotspur.
Rumours among the Tottenham fans have been hinting that a deal could be in the pipeline for the Real Madrid striker, but Redknapp has claimed that it’s news to him.
He also dismissed talk about a possible move for Hamilton’s James McCarthy, who is interesting Wigan and Wolves.
“There’s nothing in that at all. I don’t know where that’s come from,” he said about McCarthy.
When asked about Negredo, Redknapp added: “I know nothing about that either.”
