It seems as if Eden Hazard is angling for a move after he publically praised Sir Alex Ferguson.
Earlier this week Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admitted that he is keen on bringing the Beglian playmaker to the Lane and ironically feared that he would lose out to Manchester United or Manchester City.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson was in attendance to watch Hazard in Lille’s 2-1 defeat at the weekend, something which has gone down well with the 21-year-old.
Hazard is thought to fetch a price tag of around £30million and Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is thought to be prepared to splash the cash for the highly rated youngster.
Hopefully it’s not another case of us missing out another high profile player – who in turn is only using us to angle a move to another club.
When asked if a move to Old Trafford would interest him, Hazard told La Voix du Nord: “Of course, this a club that excites anyone.
“For now my focus is on Lille but yes, it is a pleasure to be watched by one of the best coaches in the world, if not the best.”
