Brazilian legend, Roberto Carlos has praised Harry Kane and admitted that he is a fan of the Tottenham striker.
England’s hopes of making it to the latter stages of the World Cup could rest on the shoulders of their striker and captain this winter as they travel to Qatar.
The Tottenham man has an excellent goalscoring record for his country and has already proven his mettle in major tournaments, winning the Golden Boot in the last World Cup in Russia as England made it to the semi-finals.
The 29-year-old heads into Qatar in great form, having already notched up 12 goals and three assists in all competitions for Spurs this season (Transfermarkt).
Kane is just two goals behind Wayne Rooney’s record tally of 53 goals for England and will hope to become the Three Lions’ highest-ever goalscorer in Qatar.
Carlos has been discussing England’s World Cup goal threat and the Brazilian identified the Tottenham man as the key weapon for Garth Southgate’s men in the tournament.
