Tottenham Hotspur had an inspiring season last time out, beating the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Man City, and Ajax on their way to the Champions League final, against the odds.
Lucas Moura was the hero in the semi-final with his second-half hat-trick against Ajax that secured a spot in Madrid.
However, the hero today is a child with Lucas written across his back.
Despite spending a week in hospital and undergoing chemotherapy, the young Spurs fan apparently dashed for his football as soon as he got home, instantly putting a smile on his face.
