Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Tottenham Hotspur are set to complete their fourth signing of the summer transfer window.

Spurs have decided to start their rebuild from the back this summer, having strengthened their backline with the additions of Jan Paul van Hecke, Marcos Senesi and Andy Robertson.

All three players arrive with a lot of Premier League experience and are expected to hit the ground running in North London under Roberto De Zerbi.

The Lilywhites have now seemingly completed a deal for another senior player with nearly 300 Premier League appearances under his belt.

Tottenham agree deal to sign Martin Dubravka

Fabrizio Romano has now given his ‘here we go’ seal of approval for Martin Dubravka’s move to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Lilywhites have reached a full agreement with the 37-year-old, who is expected to serve as Antonin Kinsky’s understudy at N17 next season, having decided to leave Burnley at the end of June as a free agent.

Romano said on X: “Martin Dubravka to Tottenham, here we go! Deal agreed for former Burnley and Man United goalkeeper to join THFC. Move completed today with Dubravka set to be backup GK at Spurs behind Kinski. Guglielmo Vicario to leave this summer.”

Has Roberto De Zerbi taken a risk by trusting Antonin Kinsky?

Kinsky had an outstanding end to last season, pulling off brilliant saves at crucial times in matches during the club’s final run-in.

In fact, if not for the Czech goalkeeper’s heroics, the Lilywhites would have likely been relegated, and De Zerbi has seemingly decided to reward the youngster with the number one shirt.

There is an element of risk involved as Kinsky remains untested at the highest level across a whole campaign, and only time will tell if this is the right decision.
