“He’s a Real Madrid kind of player” – Sherwood on Tottenham ace

Tottenham forward Harry Kane is now regarded as one of the best strikers in world football.

The England captain has proven that he can score goals consistently at the top level as his scoring rate in the Premier League, Champions League, and international football is quite astonishing.

In fact, Kane is much more than a goal scorer as he is at his best when dropping deep and helping with build-up play. In fact, his touch, technique, and passing are arguably on par with the best midfield players in the game.

It is only natural that Kane is being linked with the biggest clubs in the world. However, the 25-year-old is Spurs through and through and has reiterated his intention to stay and win trophies with the club.

Even recently, the England captain said that he will stick with Tottenham as long as they continue to show ambition. (The Sun)

Former Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood has now suggested that the only club Kane is likely to leave Spurs for is Real Madrid.

Speaking to ESPN, Sherwood said about Kane, “It would be a wrench for him to leave Tottenham and go somewhere else. If he goes anywhere, it would be Real Madrid. He’s a Real Madrid kind of player.”

Even if Real Madrid are to make a move for Kane, Spurs fans will be optimistic that Daniel Levy will refuse to agreed to a deal for the star striker.
