Young Tottenham fan Harry Pankhurst is currently in hospital after being diagnosed with a rare infection which has to be treated by draining fluid from his brain.
The youngster who was born prematurely at 26 weeks, needs another month of treatment before he can be discharged. However, the terrible circumstances the young man is under has done nothing to blunt the enthusiasm he has for Spurs.
Harry’s dad recorded a video of him enthusiastically singing along to ‘Glory Glory Tottenham Hotspur’ from his hospital bed. The video has gone viral on social media and led to an outpouring of support even among opposition fans.
It seems the video has been bought to the attention of the Tottenham players. Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris have now recorded a touching message for the young fan in which they wished him all the best with his recovery and conveyed their desire to meet him soon. (Source: The Sun)
