Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have been sharing their opinion of the first half performance against Chelsea on social media.
The North Londoners are looking to end a run of two games without victory in all competitions, with both previous displays having lacked a creative spark in the final third of the pitch, however they have been far more on the front foot against Thomas Tuchel’s side.
The home side have had chances to break the deadlock when Sergio Reguilon was released down the left but his pass was not accurate enough to find Giovani Lo Celso in the penalty area.
Heung-min Son also showed his rustiness with a heavy touch when he could have had a shot on goal.
Tottenham’s one hundred percent record in the Premier League this season came to an end at Crystal Palace last week.
Below, we have featured a selection of thoughts from Spurs fans from far and wide on what they witnessed in the opening forty-five minutes at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Not a bad half. Strong start, but lacklustre finish.
Have to come out of the gates in the 2nd half boys.

This is much better Spurs. I admit I honestly thought we were gonna get battered today but it’s been far from it.
