How Spurs could line up with Lo Celso and Sessegnon in the XI this season

Tottenham Hotspur have already signed Tanguy Ndombele and Jack Clarke this summer, with the latter going back out on loan to Leeds, but they may not be done yet.

Reports indicate that both Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham and Giovani Lo Celso from Real Betis may be signing for the club at some point this week (Mirror).

The Sessegnon deal comes after Tottenham left Danny Rose out of their pre-season tour squad in order for him to pursue potential exits away from the club.

While, Lo Celso could be seen as a long-term replacement for Christian Eriksen, who revealed his desire to leave Tottenham last month (Ekstra Bladet).

We now take a look at how Spurs could line up with these two new players in their XI.

I have produced three potential formations, including Ndombele, Lo Celso, and Sessegnon in each.

The first one features Sessegnon at left-back (where it seems Poch will want him to play), Ndombele in holding mid with Winks, and Lo Celso as a centre attacking mid.

The second sees Lo Celso playing deeper just ahead of Winks and Ndombele, with Kane and Son up-front, and Sessegnon as a left wingback.

Finally, we see Lo Celso in a central midfield position, with two wingers and a striker ahead of him. Meanwhile, Sessegnon plays left-back and Ndombele as a holding mid again.
