How Spurs fans can witness the Champions League final for free

This season’s Champions League campaign has been one of the most dramatic and exciting in the competition’s illustrious history.

On Tuesday, Liverpool came back from a 3-0 deficit against Barcelona to win 4-0 at Anfield in the second leg and win the tie 4-3 to send the Reds to their second final in as many seasons.

On the other hand, Tottenham Hotspur reached their first ever Champions League final by overturning what was once a 3-0 on aggregate scoreline in favour of Ajax to win 3-3 on away goals due to a second half Lucas Moura hat-trick.

The Brazilian’s goal in the 95th minute sent Spurs fans around the world into dreamland and have their attention now turned to Madrid, where the final will take place on June 1st at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium.

BT Sport have made an incredible gesture by continuing to broadcast the final across YouTube. This will expect to see figures to rise to tens of millions on June 1st. (Telegraph)

The paid-for-subscription service has been broadcasting Europe’s elite competition since 2015 when they extended their TV rights deal until 2021 worth £1.2billion.
