Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to react to a reported leak of the home shirt for the 2022/23 season.
The 2021/22 campaign is only just underway, with Spurs playing in a classic plain white strip, but it appears the designs for next season are already hitting the headlines.
FootyHeadlines have reported that Tottenham’s next home shirt will be based on the Nike 2022 World Cup template, set to be released in May or June 2022.
The shirt is also said to be created using the same template seen for Chelsea and Hertha Berlin’s kits, with a predominantly white shirt and navy/Volt trims on the collar and sleeves.
This will be Nike’s sixth home shirt for Tottenham after joining forces in 2017, with AIA once again the bright red sponsor on the front of the jersey.

Spurs Web Opinion:
I can’t say I am blown away by it. I want some more unique and bold home shirt designs. The plain white shirt with a very slight difference each year isn’t doing it for me. I’m loving the wacky and wild away/third kits, why not do the same for our first?
