Following his move to AC Milan, Emerson Royal has wished Richarlison the best at Tottenham, stating that he will always be rooting for the striker’s success.
Richarlison and Emerson were the best of friends
Richarlison and Emerson became quite close in their two years together at Spurs, with the former Everton man being the last of the Brazilians left at the North London club after the right-back completed his proposed switch to Milan.
The 25-year-old, who struggled to get starts under Ange Postecoglou last season, will be looking to get his career back on track by proving himself at the San Siro.
The defender might even fancy his chances of getting back into the Selecao set-up if he impresses for the Rossoneri, and if he does do so, this might not be the last time he shares a dressing room with Richarlison.

Emerson sends touching message to Richarlison
The former Real Betis man took to social media to send a touching message to his friend and former Spurs teammate on completing his move to Italy.
Emerson wrote on his Instagram story: “I love you, (Richarlison). I will always root for your success.”
