Image – Danny Rose and Kieran Trippier make funny sign at the darts

Tottenham Hotspur managed to grab all three points right at the death against Burnley on Saturday, despite struggling to find a way through their stubborn defence for over 90 mins.

It took a fine Spurs move, and a quality Christian Eriksen finish to carve open Sean Dyche’s men.

Fernando Llorente rose highest to flick on a chipped ball, which was then chested on skilfully by Dele Alli, and rolled into the path of Eriksen by Harry Kane.

Eriksen had only been subbed on at the 60 minute mark, but didn’t fail to make his mark on proceedings as he smashed home the 91st minute winner.

Kieran Trippier and Danny Rose took a well earned trip to the darts that evening to celebrate the win against Burnley.

Although Eriksen was not in attendance, the Great Dane was there in spirit as the full backs made a funny sign baring his name.

It read: ‘Tottenham’s number 23 #maestro #golazzo’.
