Tottenham Hotspur still only have one senior out-and-out striker in their squad for the new season in Harry Kane after Fernando Llorente’s contract expired and Vincent Janssen was sold.
However, there is still a chance that Llorente could return to North London as a free agent, with the club apparently offering him an extra year on reduced wages (Standard).
Spurs also never announced publically that Llorente was leaving the club, so perhaps they still hope he will choose to return in the near future.
The Spanish striker has now been pictured training with Sevilla’s B team as he looks to improve his fitness in Marbella.
