Tottenham Hotspur’s Dele Alli has had a strange last year, as he endured his worst season in a Spurs shirt but still featured in a Champions League final.
The England midfield had his worst goalscoring season in the Prem last time out, racking up just five over the entire campaign (Wikipedia).
Alli scored 10 Prem goals in his first season with Spurs, followed by a career-high of 18, and nine in the 2017/18 season.
However, despite his recent drop in form, Dele Alli is still underrated for his age if you compare him to other players in the league.
WhoScored compared the goals and assists by players under 23 over since the 2015/16 season and Dele comes out miles ahead of Sane, Rashford, Martial, and Jesus.
