Tottenham Hotspur will need to regain some Premier League form this weekend as they travel to Southampton in a tough away fixture.
The Saints have not been at their best this season, but have picked up their game of late and will be fighting to stay away from those relegation spots.
Tottenham have dropped eight points in their last three League games, with losses to Burnley and Chelsea, as well as a draw against Arsenal in the North London Derby.
This has dragged Spurs all the way from real title challengers down to top four maybes, as they now look to fight to retain their Champions League spot.
Spurs made history be equalling there best ever Champions League run on Tuesday night as they qualified for the quarter finals, but will need a strong end to the season to enjoy another run next campaign.
All of this starts with a win at Southampton, and with Dele Alli back in training, Spurs will fancy their chances.
Alli has been out for around seven weeks, and it is unclear whether he will start, but from training pics, he seems sharp and in high spirits ahead of his return.
