‘Intense last two days’ – Report reveals how many deals Spurs are attempting to complete

The Independent have revealed that Tottenham Hotspur are attempting to complete as many as six deals – both in terms of incomings and outgoings – before the transfer window closes.

Multiple sources over the last two days have backed Tottenham to be extremely busy in the final days of the window.

Football.London’s Alasdair Gold revealed on Tuesday that the North London club are working to get multiple deals over the line over the next few days.

This was then backed up by Fabrizio Romano in the latest episode of the Here We Go Podcast.

Romano revealed that Spurs are working on deals to sign Luis Diaz, Sofyan Amrabat and Adama Traore and added that Tanguy Ndombele, Dele Alli and Steven Bergwijn could depart the club.

The Independent have now revealed that the last two days have been ‘intense’ for the Tottenham hierarchy.

The club are said trying to get six deals over the line before Monday’s transfer deadline.

The report also explains that there is a feeling at Spurs that a deal for Diaz can be completed despite Porto’s reluctance to sell the winger.

Spurs Web Opinion

Spurs were always going to wait until the final week of the transfer window to push deals through as that is when one of the two parties tend to blink first in the negotiations.

Let’s hope that the club can get most of these deals over the line and we do not once again end up ruing our decision to leave things so late.
