Inter Milan are considering a move for Tottenham Hotspur’s Moussa Sissoko, according to TuttoSport.

The Frenchman made a last minute move to Spurs from Newcastle United for £30m in the summer of 2016 and has failed to impress since the switch.

Portuguese midfielder Jao Mario’s departure is inevitable from Inter and Luciano Spalletti is hoping to replace Mario with an experienced successor.

However, Sissoko is believed to be one of just a few replacements Inter have in mind with the likes of Mateo Kovačić, Adrien Rabiot and Nicoló Barella also on the shortlist.

Sissoko made 33 Premier League appearances last campaign but only managed to net one goal which came in a 4-0 victory over Huddersfield in Septemeber.

A potential move to Serie A would bring a transfer fee of around £20m for the 28-year-old but with an ongoing injury to Victor Wanyama and an inevitable injury to Mousa Dembele could Spurs afford to let go of Sissoko?

  1. We just need to admit defeat now and sell him for what we can get, his decision making is terrible, Poch says he brings something to the team we do not have, but speed is not enough, sell him for 15-20m if that’s even possible and free up the wages for our youngsters like olliver Skip or Kaziah Sterling, our wage structure for our youngsters is what’s causing them to leave as well, the route to the first team is open! But if you earn more elsewhere with the same chance in a lower grade league what do you do?

As for all these people who only want 50-100m signings, the transfer fee doesn’t guarantee success, the player has to fit the team, just look at fernando torres 50m to Chelsea after a blinding time at Liverpool, a proven pemier league scorer! that worked out well didn’t it? Robinho? Depay? Dzeko? just to name a few, yes we need to sign a few players, but they have to be the right players not just big prices, Spurs haven’t broken their wage structure, they paid Kane 200k a week to ensure a price, nobody else has even been suggested as getting more than 120k a week! even Eriksen

When you listen to paid per click reporters you get given nothing, when you reply with Levy is the issue it proves you’ve learned nothing, if you don,t see where Leeds Blackpool or Blackburn are now you deserve nothing, A Spurs fan of over 50 years

We did it the right way and long may it continue, yes other clubs have bought past us, but Roman just cancelled the new Stamford bridge, the real money at the SCUM is probablly leaving and Etihad united will never get another 500m stadium sponsership deal past the fair play rules, yes silverware is bragging rights, but champions league is where the money is (the only thing Wenger ever saw)

Spurs till I die and enjoying the recent upturn in our results (what more can I ask)
