Dele Alli has taken to Instagram to reveal that he met up with Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho during his post season holiday to Los Angeles.
The Spurs midfielder, who is a team mate of Sancho at senior international level with England is seen in his photo shaking hands with the former Manchester City academy player next to a swimming pool.
Dele and Sancho came up against each other at club level on two occasions last season when Tottenham faced Dortmund in the last sixteen of the Champions League.
Spurs came out on top on both occasions having won the first leg at Wembley 3-0, followed by the return match in Germany 1-0 to give them a comfortable 4-0 win on aggregate.
Other Spurs players including Harry Winks and Kyle Walker-Peters are also in the States enjoying their time off, while midfield general Moussa Sissoko is on safari.
Fans will be hoping that the players come back fully rested having put the Champions League final disappointment behind them and are ready to go again next season.
