Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social media to give their view on Harry Kane’s latest comments regarding his transfer saga this summer.

The England captain gave an interview to talkSPORT, saying he was ‘calm’ because he knew that his ‘conscience is clear’.

Kane has been in the headlines throughout the summer transfer window after being heavily linked with a move to Manchester City.

The 28-year-old recently ended the saga, for the time being, by releasing a statement on social media confirming that he is staying at Tottenham this summer..

Fabrizio Romano cleared up the situation by reporting that City bid twice for the 28-year-old, one worth €122m and the other €150m; both were rejected by Spurs.

Kane’s reputation has come under some scrutinity this summer, especially when he did not turn up to pre-season training on the day he was expected to return.
