“It’s like Jose all over again” – Some fans react to Spurs’ first-half performance at Wolves

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to the first half performance against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Dele Alli gave the away side the lead from the penalty spot after ten minutes after he was felled in the area by the onrushing Jose Sa in the Wolves goal.

Since Dele sent Sa the wrong way from twelve yards out, the home side have dominated proceedings at Molineux.

Adama Traore has been a constant threat down the left-hand side of the pitch and his pace and trickery has particularly caused Japhet Tanganga a number of defensive problems.

Tottenham have struggled to get out of their own half and have had to try and rely on long balls to try and create a counter attack.

They had a big chance to go 2-0 up when Lucas Moura’s bal over the top found Bergwin, but the Dutchman’s pass across the box was marginally behind Dele, who would have had a tap-in.
