Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed they have agreed a deal to sign Sandro from Internacional, subject to a medical.
A statement on the official Spurs site read: “We are delighted to announce that we have reached agreement with Internacional for the transfer of Sandro to the Club, subject to the player passing a medical examination.
“The Brazil international will join up with our squad following the conclusion of Internacional’s Copa Libertadores campaign this summer.”
