Spurs Web Opinion:
Perisic is arguably Tottenham’s best signing of the summer in terms of the quality he brings vs the price Spurs paid. A free transfer for a starting left-wing-back with all the experience in the world and the perfect tutor for Ryan Sessegnon. That’s just great business.
