Sky Sports News believe Jack Grealish is very ‘disappointed’ and very ‘disillusioned’ after the Aston Villa officials deny him his desired move to spurs.
However, reports also believe the 22-year-old has not given up hope of a potential move to Tottenham Hotspur.
Grealish was apparently ‘promised’ a move to Spurs before the new owner arrived at Villa Park and denied him his dream move to a Champions League side.
Just over one day currently remains until the summer transfer window slams shut but both Spurs and Grealish believe the move is not dead.
It was reported last night a £25m bid from Spurs was lodged for the 22-year-old but today Villa stated they would not be selling their star player.
The transfer fee was an issue initially as the Lions were holding out for a bid in excess of £30m but now appear not to be in the market to sell Grealish.
Spurs fans, can you actually see this deal going through on time or will Villa stand strong and keep hold of the youngster?
