The clash between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United on Sunday was a big one for both sides as they have both struggled in the Premier League this season.

Spurs came into the clash sat in 15th, while the Red Devils were two points ahead of them in 14th. A victory was needed by either one of these sides, as both managers were under intense pressure.

Coming into the game, Postecoglou was handed a boost as five of his injured players made a return, to help his stretched squad.

However, Roy Keane, an ex-Manchester United midfielder was not convinced about the return of certain players for Spurs. He singled out James Maddison and said: “We saw James Maddison at Tamworth, he was taken off! Tamworth are non-league. People say, ‘Maddison’s the man’, but when is he going to step up to the plate?”
