Jamie O’Hara has made a big statement on Igor Tudor and Tottenham’s decision to appoint him after the Lilywhites took a big step closer to being relegated from the Premier League on Sunday.
The hope among Spurs fans was that the team would be able to replicate the display they produced against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday and pick up their first league win of 2026.
However, all the optimism at the club has been sucked out due to a bruising 3-0 loss to Nottingham Forest, which has put the Lilywhites in an extremely precarious position.
According to Opta, Tottenham are now twice as likely to go down as Forest are following yesterday’s result, and one former Spurs midfielder has let rip at the man calling the shots.

Jamie O’Hara claims Igor Tudor is the worst appointment in Tottenham’s history
While the Tottenham players have taken responsibility for the team’s current predicament, all eyes will now be on Tudor as we embark on the international break.
The Croat has lost four and drawn one of his first Premier League games in charge, with his appointment now looking like a major misstep by the club.
O’Hara has termed the 47-year-old the worst appointment in the club’s history and has not only called for Tudor’s sacking, but also the sacking of those who bought him into the club.
The pundit wrote on X: “Igor Tudor is the worst appointment in Spurs history. I told you he’s a fraud, Lange, Vinai, Tudor should all be sacked immediately.
Does a new manager have time to make an impact at Spurs?
Things are looking very bleak for Spurs, who, on current form, many would consider the favourites to go down.
It is unclear if even making a new managerial change would arrest the team’s slide, as the new man coming in will have just seven games to save the club.
The club have boxed themselves into a corner, as one would imagine that no highly-rated, in-demand coach will want to take up a job which comes with such major jeopardy.
