Jamie O’Hara is convinced that Tottenham Hotspur will once again finish above Chelsea this season despite the significant investment the Blues have once again made into their squad.

Tottenham and Chelsea have both made signing
Spurs have had quite a productive transfer window, managing to trim their wage bill considerably by offloading several of their fringe players.
The Lilywhites have also shelled out over £100m on two new faces in Archie Gray and Dominic Solanke, while Swedish sensation, Lucas Bergvall, who was signed in January has linked up with the squad.
Many Spurs fans will feel that the club can have genuine aspirations of challenging the best sides in the Premier League if they can make a couple of more top additions before the end of the month.
Chelsea have also seen several new faces arrive through the door, the most high-profile of which have been Pedro Neto and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. The Blues are also reportedly looking to tie up a sensational big-money deal for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen (Mirror).

Will Spurs finish above Chelsea?
O’Hara admitted that he is pleased with the business Spurs have done so far, backing Ange Postecoglou’s men to finish above Chelsea once again.
The pundit told talkSPORT (13/08, 10:10 pm): “Tottenham have done alright. We aren’t back. I am not saying ‘we are back’ because we never left. But we have made some solid signings. That’s what I am going to say. I like Solanke.
“People are kicking up a fuss saying ‘he is not worth the money’. Well, it’s expensive now for players, especially strikers who score goals in the Premier League. He is proven, he has done it, he is good.
“You aren’t signing a nobody like Chelsea do and brought in 20 players nobody has heard of. You have got Solanke, he is a good player. He scores goals. Spurs will finish above Chelsea.”
Spurs Web Opinion
We have to wait and see how Chelsea do under Enzo Maresca and the players will undoubtedly need some time to adapt to the Italian’s methods.
The Blues also once again face the difficult task of having to integrate a lot of new players into the squad.
There is much more stability at Tottenham at the moment and I suspect Postecoglou will privately fancy his chances of guiding the club to a top-three finish.
