Jermaine Jenas sums up Spurs’ draw with West Ham in just one word

Jermaine Jenas took to Twitter to share his reaction after watching Tottenham Hotspur press the self destruct button against West Ham United.

Jose Mourinho’s side were 3-0 up inside the opening 16 minutes and it could have been more with Harry Kane hitting the outside of the post and Gareth Bale nearly capping his return to North London with what would have been a remarkable solo effort.

Spurs were unable to add to their tally and it ended up costing them all three points from the encounter at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Fabian Balbuena’s header began West Ham’s fightback on 82 minutes, with Davinson Sanchez’s own goal just three minutes later giving the Hammers belief they could get something out of the derby.

Manuel Lanzini’s long-range strike in injury time saw David Moyes’ side cap an unlikely comeback to level the score at 3-3.

Jenas was a man of few words with his analysis of the game which saw his former side remain in sixth place in the table.
