James Maddison has now opened up on his love for Tottenham Hotspur following the club’s Europa League final win against Manchester United, during their trophy parade in North London.
Tottenham Hotspur are European champions for the fourth time in their history after edging past Manchester United 1-0 at the San Mames Stadium in Spain.
The fans have long waited for this moment, with their last taste of silverware coming in 2008 when they lifted the League Cup following a win over Chelsea.
Since Wednesday, N17 has been a scene of non-stop celebration. The players, staff, and supporters are now revelling in the triumph together, an occasion marked by an open-top bus parade on Friday to commemorate the historic feat.

The England international has now given a heartfelt admission about just how much he has come to love life at Tottenham, following his arrival from Leicester City in the summer of 2023.
“I love this club. The best decision I ever made was joining this club,” said Maddison, as relayed by the official Tottenham Hotspur X account.
Although he did not feature in the final, his impact over the course of the season was nothing short of immense, having registered 12 goals and 10 assists in all competitions.
