It was announced back in October 2019 that Tottenham Hotspur had signed a deal with Amazon Prime to create a documentary series based around the club’s 2019/20 season (Independent).
The documentary would be called ‘All or Nothing’ and would give viewers and fans behind the scenes access to the goings-on at the Premier League club.
Not only this, but it would look at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, as well as the club’s pursuit to make a mark on America with its new NFL facilities.
Shortly after this was announced, Daniel Levy and the Spurs board took the decision to sack long-term manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Within 24-hours they had hired serial winner Jose Mourinho, certainly making for an exciting start to the documentary.
However, the Special One has now joked that Amazon are now with him for 24 hours a day, only leaving him alone long enough for him to go to the bathroom in peace.
He said (Football London): “I feel the cameras because they’ll be on my face. I walk in the tunnel it’s on my face, even before the game finishes the camera will be on my face. These guys (points to Amazon cameraman) these guys are 24 hours. Only when I go to the toilet they’re not coming with me! Apart from that they’re always with me.
“Of course I feel it. But disturb me? No, only Amazon disturb me, not the cameras on matchday. I don’t think about it. Of course it’s not me against Jurgen. Big match – Tottenham v Liverpool. Let’s enjoy it.”
