Journalist claims Pochettino has told Real Madrid he wants these two Spurs stars

Italian journalist, Luigi Guelpa has told CalcioMercato that Mauricio Pochettino has already given the names of both Harry Kane and Dele Alli to the Real Madrid hierarchy as he continues to be linked with the Spanish giants.

Reports in Spain last week indicated that Pochettino was Real Madrid’s first choice to replace Zinedine Zidane and that the Frenchman could be on his way out of the club if they failed to progress to the Champions League knockout stages (OkDiario).

However, the La Liga giants thrashed Borussia Monchengladbach to seal their passage into the next round, potentially buying Zidane some time.

Meanwhile, Don Balon claimed earlier this week that Real Madrid were set to rekindle their interest in Harry Kane after it had cooled over the last couple of years due to the Tottenham striker’s injury troubles.

Guelpa has now asserted that Pochettino wants to take Kane, his out-of-favour Spurs teammate Alli, and rumoured Tottenham target, Paulo Dybala, to the Spanish capital.

The journalist is quoted as saying: “Dybala certainly remains in January. In June I don’t know. Pochettino for Real Madrid made the names of Kane and Alli and the third is his.

“At the moment Morata-Ronaldo is the couple that works best. But everyone is working in apnea right now with such close races. But Dybala will surely come in handy “.
