Journalist claims Premier League rivals are planning £90m offer for Spurs star

Head of Football at SPORTBILD, Christian Falk has now claimed that Premier League giants, Manchester City are planning a big-money bid for Tottenham’s Harry Kane.

The journalist has reported that Pep Guardiola’s side are considering a £90m bid for the Spurs academy graduate, who is enjoying another stellar year in the Premier League.

Man City have been without their star striker, Sergio Aguero for the vast majority of the season so far, as the Argentine has suffered from multiple long-term injuries.

Harry Kane, on the other hand, has been posting some incredible numbers in the competition, adding a newfound taste for assists to his goal-scoring repertoire.

Kane is currently seventh in the goal-scoring charts, just four strikers behind Mo Salah in first place. However, the Spurs striker also tops the standings for assists this season, already registering ten in the Premier League.

Falk claims that City could test Tottenham’s resolve in the summer with the £90m bid.
