
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Oliver Skipp is set to join Norwich City on a season-loan deal, according to the Evening Standard’s Dan Kilpatrick.
The 19-year-old signed a new until 2024 last month with Jose Mourinho, who described the youngster as a future Tottenham captain also revealed that the academy graduate had requested to head out on loan for the upcoming campaign to continue his footballing education (Evening Standard).

Mourinho was keen to keep the England Under-21 international at the club and has been left impressed with the character which Skipp has shown.
Skipp’s chances of regular first-team football in North London have been limited to just 21 appearances in all competitions since making his debut against West Ham United in the Carabao Cup in 2018 (Spurs official).
The Welwyn Garden City product finds himself behind the likes of Moussa Sissoko, Harry Winks and recent signing Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in the pecking order.

A move to Norwich would represent a good opportunity for Skipp to play under Daniel Farke, who has no issues of playing and developing youngsters given the progress which the likes of Ben Godfrey and Max Aarons.
