It has been well-documented this week that 15-year-old Callum Hynes was invited to have lunch with the Spurs team before their match against Bournemouth yesterday (Daily Mail).
This came after Callum was the unlikely hero against Olympiacos in mid-week, where he was working as a ball boy for the match.
Callum managed to get the ball back to Serge Aurier so quickly that the right-back caught Olympiacos defenders sleeping and released Moura in behind with a throw.
Moura then got to the byline before pulling the ball back for a Harry Kane finish, the equaliser on the night.
Mourinho went to celebrate with the ball boy, before inviting him to lunch for the weekend fixture.
However, the classy gesture doesn’t end there, as a BBC journalist has now revealed that Mourinho intends to invite a different ball boy or ball girl in to have lunch with the team for every home match this season.
Just spoke with Jose Mourinho in the tunnel. He says that after 15 year old ball boy Callum Hynes joined the team today for their pre-match lunch, he will now be inviting a different ball boy/girl to do the same ahead of every home game. Nice touch. @BBCMOTD #bbcfootball pic.twitter.com/Rc3pxXtwl3
