Kerry Hau of Sport1 has reported that Uli Hoeness’ comments about Harry Kane have not gone down well at Bayern Munich, with the former Club President landing himself in hot water.
Hoeness have a controversial interview to Kerry Hau this week in which he stated that Kane had signalled a clear intent to join Bayern.
He added that the England captain would join the Munich club if he ‘keeps his word’ this summer.

Hoeness also stated that Tottenham will have to ‘give up’ on trying to keep their star man, before telling Maximilian Koch that Kane had revealed a desire to play in Europe next season.
Bayern are not happy with Hoeness’ Kane comments
Spurs missed out on all three tiers of European competition after finishing eighth in the Premier League last year, while Bayern will be fighting it out in the Champions League next season.
While Bayern reportedly remain confident that they can agree a deal with Spurs for Kane in the coming weeks, the club are not happy with Hoeness and his ‘unfortunate and unnecessary’ comments.

Spurs Web Opinion:
Hoeness’ comments just came across as arrogant and will surely not do Bayern any favours in talks with Tottenham. Levy is difficult to deal with at the best of times, let alone when you annoy him.
