Journalist reveals ‘potential injury worry’ for Spurs as star limps off pitch at Burnley

Tottenham Hotspur may have yet more injury troubles up front ahead of their trip to Germany in mid-week, after the Lilywhites could manage only a point against Burnley.

Steven Bergwijn started the match up front despite playing the majority of the encounter against Norwich City just three days ago.

Dan Kilpatrick has now claimed that the Dutchman limped off the pitch at the end of the game, creating yet another injury worry for Mourinho.

The Special One is already without Harry Kane and Heung-min Son for the Champions League match, both of whom are still recovering from injuries.

Dele Alli and Lucas Moura remain options, with the former scoring against Burnley from the penalty spot and the latter looking sharp in the second half.

However, Mourinho will be hoping that the injury to Bergwijn is nothing serious as he will surely want the winger available for the crucial second leg in Germany.
