Journalist reveals Spurs have been told decision regarding game against Fulham

Football London’s Alasdair Gold has now revealed that Tottenham’s game against Fulham this evening in the Premier League has been called off.

The match was due to be played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this evening at 18:00 but will now be postponed due to a spike in COVID-19 results in the Fulham camp.

Gold reports that both Spurs and Fulham have now officially been informed of the decision.

The Athletic first reported on Tuesday that the game was in doubt due to a series of positive test results at the Fulham training ground.

This followed a similar story from the Everton vs Manchester City match earlier this week which was also called off due to multiple positive test results in the City camp.

PA reported that a decision would be made on Tottenham vs Fulham based on additional test results which were due to come back today.

However, it appears that the match will no longer be going ahead, according to Gold.
