Journalist reveals that Heung-min Son has signed up with new talent agency

Charlie Eccleshare has revealed that Heung-min Son has now signed for a new talent agency in CAA.

This comes amidst rumours that the Tottenham winger may be on the verge of signing a brand-new contract with the club, something that was hinted at my Mourinho too (Standard).

Some reports have indicated that he could be set to earn £200,000 per week plus performance-related bonuses (Football Insider).

It is said that talks are progressing well behind the scenes and that Son is expected to sign a new long-term deal before the end of the year (Football Insider).

Son has certainly started the season on fire, netting eight times in the Premier League and currently sitting as the top scorer in the competition (BBC).

The link-up between Kane and Son has been evident for all to see this season and Spurs clearly want to secure the services of the South Korean winger for the long-term.

CAA are said to be the same talent agency that handle commercial deals for both Jose Mourinho and Dele Alli, so they already have Tottenham connections.
