Journalist reveals when different Spurs players will return to training during WC

Antonio Conte decided to hand his Tottenham players over two weeks off training this month as the Premier League season pauses for the World Cup (Football London).

Of course, a number of Spurs stars have flown out to Qatar to take part in the tournament, but there are still a number of players left back at Hotspur Way, including Dejan Kulusevski.

These players will all return to training with Conte on November 28, giving them a chance to recharge their batteries and spend time with their family – which Conte will do back in Italy.

The World Cup players will return at varying times throughout the tournament, depending on how far their respective countries make it in Qatar. The final takes place on December 18 if any of the Spurs players make it that far.

Conte will reportedly decide whether certain players need some time off following their World Cup efforts before rejoining with the squad at Hotspur Way.

Spurs Web Opinion:

I would expect all Spurs players back in training before the Boxing Day fixture, unless they make the final of the World Cup. At that point, with the celebration or heartache, as well as the fatigue, it makes sense to give them a week off.
